My name is Jan, also known as snailrida — a producer name derived from my last name, Schneckenreither. I’m a 23-year-old music producer from Austria, currently based near Lake Constance and soon relocating to Vienna. I’m always open to new connections, especially within the Viennese music scene.
Music has been my main focus for over seven years. In 2021, I released my own international album, which marked an important milestone in my journey as a producer and creative. Since then, I’ve continued to develop my sound and workflow, focusing primarily on trap, R&B, and pop.
I don’t limit myself to specific artists or references. Every artist brings their own identity, and I enjoy adapting to new sounds, moods, and creative directions. My favorite way of working is a combination of studio sessions and solo sample production — building ideas from scratch and then shaping them together with artists. Collaboration is a key part of my process, and I value the energy that comes from creating music together.
In professional collaborations, I value structure and reliability above all. Fair splits, meeting deadlines, and a clear, organized workflow are essential to me. This mindset has led many to describe my approach as that of an industry producer — focused, adaptable, and goal-oriented, while still leaving room for creativity.
I have big dreams in music. Seeing a gold record on the wall or receiving a German charts award would be deeply fulfilling. Not because of the status, but because of what it represents: consistency, growth, and impact. At the same time, I make music simply because I love it — creating sounds, refining ideas, and constantly evolving as a producer.
Alongside professional work, I also plan to release my own music purely for the joy of it. Not driven by numbers or success, but to keep the creative wheel turning and to share my productions in an honest way.
If you’re motivated, professional, and serious about making music, I’m always happy to connect and collaborate.
